Code: Bushongo-01
The Bushongo were originally a clan of the Kuba people of the Congo. Bushongo art is famous for the variety of objects decorated with geometric designs. The art of weaving was brought to the Bashongo from the Mbuun people by king Shyaam. The raffia pile cloth woven by the Bushongo is fairly loosely woven, and shiny. Each king had his own designs.
