How is the font delivered?

We email the font to you. Delivery is therefore very prompt. |
| How do I install the font? |
The method varies depending upon the operating system that you are using. If you are uncertain, consult the help files from the relevant operating system. However, if you should have any difficulties, please email us. We are happy to be of service. |
| In what format do you deliver the font? |
Fonts are available in a number of different file formats. The format that has become an industry standard and can be used by all operating systems, is the True-Type-Font format (TTF). This is our default format. If you want your font in another format, please let us know when you place your order. |
| What information must I supply when I place an order? |
We need to know the font code (e.g. UMK-01), the operating system that you use (e.g. Windows or Macintosh), and your email address. Please place your order by email. |
