| Doorn-Body, an African font based on the desert thorn of South Africa is intended for long passages of text. It is readable at very small font sizes, yet it creates an entirely different feel from the ordinary body fonts such as Times and Arial.
A related African font is Doorn-Display. This in NOT merely a bold version of Doorn-Body, but a completely re-designed font that exagerates the features of Doorn. The two fonts (display and body) work very well when used together in layouts.
There are 221 characters in this African font: it includes all upper and lower case letters, all numerals and punctuation as well as the characters used in languages such as Spanish, Portugese and French.
Displayed on the right are designer-created normal, bold and italic variants of Doorn-Body that you get for no extra charge. These are superior to the computer-generated versions that are made by programs such as Word. |
